Meals Connect is a food distribution program sponsored by The Community Transformers Foundation, Feedmore and United Way. It provides meals to communities and families facing hard economic times and suffering from Food Insecurity. 

 

To address the needs of the community, The Community Transformers Foundation has linked with local governments, churches, food banks, pantries and agencies to feed families in need within Central and Southeast Virginia. Monthly volunteers assemble to

pack boxes for monthly distribution.
