EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nicole is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland as she pursues her Ph.D. in Administration. her hobbies are reading, writing, singing, and spending time with her family. She enjoys helping and serving within her community and church. Her mission is to be the catalyst of change that propels others toward success and achievement. Her favorite quote is by Sydney Harris, “The whole purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows.” Nicole looks forward to creating windows of opportunities as she serves as interim director of Community Transformers Foundation.
Nicole Hall is a native of Lawrenceville, Virginia. She is a wife, mentor, teacher,
counselor, job coach, facilitator, and qualified mental health professional. Nicole has over 21 years of experience within education. Her skills are valuable in meeting the needs of at-risk populations as she thrives in the areas of instructional technology, curriculum writing, and planning with execution. She is a Gates Millennium Scholar and an alumnus of St. Paul’s College, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in General Studies with an endorsement in Prek-6. She earned her Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Learning Disabilities from Virginia State University. She later attended Trinity Washington University and obtained her certification as a Reading Specialist.
