Tutor Connect is an after school in-person tutoring program designed to support and assist children in grades K-8 with instruction in reading and math. The Tutor Connect program serves as a supplement to daily classroom instruction with concentrations in phonics, reading comprehension and the foundations of math.

 

Tutor Connect pairs students with tutors who hold Virginia teacher licensure and have passed a background check. Program schedule varies and is based on locality. Current tutoring locations are in Emporia, Petersburg, Hopewell, Prince George, Richmond, and Henrico.
